Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm who is looking to hire an Office Coordinator to join their professional yet friendly team within their Doha Office.

About the role
Reporting to and assisting the Office Manager, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for reception duties such as welcoming guests and clients into the business with a professional manner, answering all incoming telephone enquiries, manging the switchboard, making outbound calls, along with email correspondence. The role will be responsible for the smooth running of the office which will include but is not limited to: negotiating with suppliers, managing trade licenses and annual subscriptions, office maintenance, ensuring the office is well-equipped at all times, as well as be responsible for facilities management and health and safety. In addition, the Office Coordinator will schedule and organise meetings for the attorneys and may also be required to draft emails, letters and legal documents, and therefore must have exceptional written skills.

About you
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience within legal services, preferably in an international law firm. Exceptional customer service skills along with excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for this role and Arabic would be an added advantage.

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Doha if not already residing there. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual, with exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, whilst demonstrating the ability to work well within a team.
